Five Leonida Counties Confirmed: Vice-Dale, Leonard, Ambrosia, Kelly & Mariana

What Changed

Leonida's administrative structure is coming into focus. Through official screenshots and in-game road signs visible in trailer footage, at least five counties have now been identified: Vice-Dale County (home to Vice City, modeled on Miami-Dade), Leonard County (suburban east, containing Waning Sands), Ambrosia County (industrial, dominated by the Allied Crystal Sugar Refinery), Kelly County (rural and agricultural), and Mariana County (covering part of the Leonida Keys). All five have been added to our database.

Why It Matters

Counties give the map a real administrative skeleton, hinting at how Rockstar has organized regions, law-enforcement jurisdictions, and demographic identity across the state. It also helps slot smaller towns and landmarks into their correct geography.
