Is Cuba in GTA 6?
Updated · 2 min read
Short answer: no. Cuba is not part of GTA 6. All six regions Rockstar has announced are in the state of Leonida, its version of Florida. What GTA 6 does have is Little Cuba, a Vice City neighbourhood with "bustling panaderías", modelled on Miami's Little Havana. The rumours about a playable Cuba came from unverified leakers and fake maps, not from Rockstar.

Where is Little Cuba in GTA 6?
Little Cuba is in Vice City, west of downtown. The GTADB community has matched its buildings to Little Havana around Calle Ocho (SW 8th Street) and West Flagler Street. A few places you can open on the map:

Can you go to Cuba in GTA 6?
Nothing suggests you can. Rockstar's list of places is Vice City, the Leonida Keys, Grassrivers, Port Gellhorn, Ambrosia and Mount Kalaga. The southernmost land on the community map is the end of the Keys. Rockstar says the Keys sit on the doorstep of "some of the most beautiful and dangerous waters in all of America", but no land beyond them has been shown. We'll update this page on launch day if that changes.
Where did the Cuba rumours come from?
- "Project Americas" (2018 onwards). Reports of a codename and claims that the game would span the USA and South America or the Caribbean. The codename may be real, but the multi-country map isn't in the announced game.
- A 2022 leaker claimed Vice City plus Carcer City, with Cuba possibly a key location. None of it was borne out.
- Fake maps. A 2018 "prototype map" of the Americas was debunked in 2020 as two stock images, and AI-altered maps have circulated since. Our map leak guide covers them.
- "Gloriana". Number plates and signs mention Gloriana, a neighbouring state, but it's GTA's Georgia, not Cuba, and it isn't confirmed as a playable area.
