Jason Duval (GTA 6)
Updated · 2 min read
Jason Duval is one of GTA 6's two playable protagonists, with Lucia Caminos. Rockstar says he grew up around grifters and crooks, joined the Army, and then worked for drug runners in the Leonida Keys. He lives rent-free in a house owned by Brian Heder, an old-school Keys smuggler, in return for helping with Brian's business, and what he wants is an easy life. His house is on our map, along with the other places tied to him.

Who is Jason in GTA 6?
The official facts, from Rockstar's character page, trailers and the Extended Look:
- Name: Jason Duval.
- Background: raised around grifters and crooks; joined the Army; then worked for local drug runners in the Keys.
- Home: a house in the Leonida Keys owned by Brian Heder. Brian runs a boat yard with his third wife, Lori.

Where does Jason live in GTA 6?
In the Leonida Keys, in a beachfront house with a basketball hoop outside. The Extended Look shows more of it than the trailers did, and the August 2026 leak showed Jason shooting hoops there to raise a "Focus" stat. Mappers have pinned it as Jason's House.
Nearby, also tied to Jason's story:
The Ultimate Edition adds Jason's Safehouse Vehicles: a Dinka Enduro motorbike and a Crest Kayak. It also has a Ganado Retro Build modkit for Jason's Vapid Ganado pickup, and an engraved Girardi ES9 pistol. See GTA 6 Ultimate Edition.

Rockstar hasn't given an age for Jason or Lucia. Online figures are guesses.
